Deliveries are made on working days between 9:00 - 17:00.

Our "Company" is not responsible for delays in execution (including delivery), which are due to cases that can not be attributed to its fault or due to force majeure. Examples include strikes, terrorist acts, war, supplier / transportation / production problems, exchange rate fluctuations, government or legislative acts and natural disasters, and global pandemic lockdowns.
Shipping Costs and Parts
For purchases of any products with a total cost of thirty euros (30 €) and above the customer is not charged shipping costs.
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight of the products. More specifically:
1) The following applies to the land areas of Greece:
- For weight up to 2 kg the shipping costs amount to € 4.50.
- For a weight of 2-3 kg, the shipping costs amount to € 4.80.
- For a weight of 3-4 kg, the shipping costs amount to € 5.30.
- For a weight of 4-5 kg, the shipping costs amount to € 6.30.
- For a weight of 5-6 kg the shipping costs amount to € 7.30.
- For a weight of 6-7 kg the shipping costs amount to € 8.30.
- For a weight of 7-8 kg, the shipping costs amount to € 9.30.
- For a weight of 8-9 kg, the shipping costs amount to € 10.30.
- For a weight of 9-10 kg, the shipping costs amount to € 11.30.
- For a weight of 10-17 kg the shipping costs amount to € 9.00.
- For a weight of 17-21 kg, the shipping costs amount to € 11.00.
- For a weight of 21-25 kg, the shipping costs amount to € 11.50.
2) The following applies to the island regions of Greece:
- For weight up to 2 kg the shipping costs amount to € 4.50.
- For a weight of 2-3 kg, the shipping costs amount to € 4.80.
- For a weight of 3-4 kg the shipping costs amount to € 5.60.
- For a weight of 4-5 kg, the shipping costs amount to € 6.70.
- For a weight of 5-6 kg the shipping costs amount to € 7.80.
- For a weight of 6-7 kg the shipping costs amount to € 8.90.
- For a weight of 7-8 kg, the shipping costs amount to € 10.00.
- For a weight of 8-9 kg, the shipping costs amount to € 11.10.
- For a weight of 9-10 kg, the shipping costs amount to € 12.20.
- For a weight of 10-17 kg the shipping costs amount to € 17.50.
- For a weight of 17-21 kg, the shipping costs amount to € 20.00.
- For a weight of 21-25 kg, the shipping costs amount to € 22.50.
All prices above include VAT.
The total weight of the products of each order is calculated automatically.
Upon completion of your order, an email will be sent automatically with the analysis of your order, while you will be automatically informed at each stage of your order about its progress. You do not need to do anything else. Your order has taken its course.
